About DHT
It is a biological active metabolite of the hormone testosterone. This metabolite travels through our blood stream and attaches itself to the base of the hair follicle on the Androgen receptors.
Androgen Receptors pass food and oxygen into the hair follicle. When DHT is attached, the follicle cannot get the nutrition and oxygen that it needs to grow or survive.
Why Is This?
- Testosterone is converted to (DHT) by 5 Alpha Reductase Enzyme
- DHT causes increased hair loss; grad-ually miniaturizing the hair follicle
- This miniaturized hair follicle eventually dies and hair loss occur

How Long Will It Take To See Results?
Everyone is different! That is why each client’s individual needs are determined during our consultation. Most people see hair loss slow or stop in the first few months and then some hair regrowth in the first 2-4-6 months. However, some people require between 6-months to 1 year to see results. Best result are generally seen in the first 12 to 24 months, therefore, we recommend 1-year programs for most people.
